Overton Grange School

Serving our local community since 1997

Welcome To Overton Grange School

Overton Grange School: an Academy committed to providing excellent secondary education for the local community. As Ofsted stated in March 2019 “This school continues to be Good”. You can see our most recent report by clicking here, and also see a summary of the main points here.

Overton Grange School is a co-educational community of approximately 1,250 11-19 year old students. In June 2011 the School converted from being a secondary school run by the London Borough of Sutton to ‘Academy Status’ (an independent state school overseen by the Department for Education). This means we have more control over our curriculum and resources but we remain absolutely committed to high quality non-selective education for local Sutton children and to working in close partnership with secondary and primary schools and the local community.
